Gary W. Tidwell, born in Houston, Texas, graduated from the University of Houston School of Communications in 1978 and from the University of Texas School of Law in 1983.
He has practiced in numerous legal areas throughout Texas and the United States focusing on commercial law, consumer law, state and federal taxation, bankruptcy and real estate.
He was driven to become an attorney by his desire to protect individuals in their small business endeavors. His practice now centers exclusively on IRS solutions for clients.
Mr. Tidwell is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas. He is an experienced negotiator and litigator and also has proven experience and success before the IRS.
