Kunal Mishra, born in Australia and grew up in the Houston area, graduated from the University of Houston in 2000 with a BBA in Finance and from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2004.
He has spent his entire legal career engaged in tax controversy and tax resolution cases for both individuals and businesses in dispute with the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities. He has experience working with individuals, families, corporate executives, financial officers, CPAs and other advisers to provide efficient solutions to various tax issues.
Mr. Mishra is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. His experience with various types of tax issues as a negotiator enables him to provide effective representation before the IRS.
